Emergency Tree Service

Crazy Irish Tree Service understands that tree emergencies don’t stick to business hours. We prioritize prompt, safe response for hazardous and fallen trees throughout the Sevier County area.

Emergency Response and Availability

Our Emergency Tree Assessment Process

Speed and safety are our highest priorities during an emergency. We use an accelerated, remote-first assessment to dispatch resources quickly:

  1. Immediate Contact: We ask the homeowner to immediately send pictures and video of the damage and the tree’s location. This allows us to rapidly determine the necessary equipment and crew size.

  2. Resource Mobilization: Our crew dispatches with all necessary equipment, including chainsaws, rigging, and if required, our 65ft bucket truck or crane operations. We understand that in an emergency, every minute counts, and we bring everything needed to the job site.

  3. On-Site Assessment: Upon arrival, we finalize the inspection, provide an immediate estimate, and start work right away.

  4. Commitment to the Customer: While we bring all equipment, we do not pressure you into accepting our estimate on the spot. We are there to help you in a crisis.

Note on Service Radius: Due to the nature of emergency calls, our teams are prepared to mobilize quickly, even if the job site is an hour away from where our trucks are parked.

When to Call Us Immediately

  • A tree or large limb has fallen onto your home, vehicle, or structure.

  • A partially fallen or fractured tree is hanging over power lines or a high-traffic area.

  • The tree requires complex dismantling that involves crane access or specialized hazardous removal techniques.
