When to Call Us: When the fire department is too busy or unable to assist with retrieving a stranded cat or lost drone.
Assessment: To ensure the safety of our team and the item/pet being rescued, we require a picture or video from the customer to assess the height and location of the retrieval.
Pricing: We charge a minimum of $250 for a cat or drone rescue. The final rate may increase depending on the complexity and danger involved (e.g., if the item is located at the very tip of a delicate branch).
